Since 1985 we have been a Denver favorite, known for Denver's Best Chile Relleno Though Westword, Denver Post and Rocky Mountain news. Rosalinda’s has been recognized in such local publications as 5280 Magazine, Denver Business Journal, 

Rosa Linda's has also been featured in  National publications such as The Wall Street Journal , for asking "WHY? Did President Bush want to visit Us?" and In February 2006 we were awarded the top 15 nachos in the nation by the WSJ.

In 1991 We were  featured in Hispanic Magazine as one of the top 50 restaurants in the nation.
